Review Something Borrowed

I thought I had reviewed this earlier when I saw it in the theaters, but evidently not. Plus, I was not enamored with it.

Have you seen it?
It was playing repeatedly on airplanes we recently were in, so we were subjected to it again.

I really didn't like the story
The character Kate Hudson plays is beyond annoying -- she pulls it off, only because you like to watch her.

Ginnifer Goodwin (Rachel) plays a sweet character, who unfortunately falls for a weakling a la Ashley in GWTW, played by Colin Egglesfield who is utterly good looking.

The character I did like
was played by John Krasinski.

So, really...which is it?
Is the story about love that triumphs over all? that there is growth in Rachel's character?

Or is it that Rachel can't see the real love in a strong character that is right before her eyes? I would rather have seen this be the love that wins out.

How about you?
I give it 1.5 stars, because I really disliked the story. It wasn't funny, though there were elements of humor in it. Or would-be humor.
