I've kept my eye on the Sleek iDivine Palettes, trying to find a way to purchase them, because they looked terrific online. I knew I wanted several of the color sets, if I could get my hands on them, but they are available in the UK. I waited a long time to find a place to buy them, then for them to arrive. I wished I had known to look for them on my last trip to London.

There is a wide variety of palettes available, which sell out fast when they first arrive in the stores. Some are matte; some have some matte colors as well as shimmery; some are shimmery. I don't think that any are glittery.

Original looked like it would be a favorite of mine!
As you can see, it has a good mix of colors that look stunning. These have been compared to MAC colors, as far as being heavily pigmented, easy to apply, and colors-to-live for.

What I love about this palette is that it has a really good mix of various colors, all light and mid-toned.

I wore these on Saturday, and I can't remember exactly which colors I picked. I used the lightest yellow under my brow to highlight and see how yellow it actually looked (I didn't want it to be particularly yellow, so I used very little.) I know I used a bright teal from the Sunset palette and Trax from MAC (a plum, shot with gold, looks almost brown on me.) Lined with MAC blackgraph and the other brown MAC I use with it because it needed more oompf.

The pictures were taken after a full day of wearing the colors. You can see there might be a bit of drift, but not bad, considering I had had a long day!

My take
I rate this a 5 out of 5. The colors are amazing. I know I will enjoy using it, either alone or in combination with other Sleek colors or other brands.

Size
I couldn't tell from the pictures online if this was a decent size or more like a credit card size, which some brands carry. I asked before I purchased.

It is not credit card sized (small) but a very nice size -- approximately 3 inches X 5.5 inches, with a high quality mirror that is the same size. Each color is good-sized -- 3/4 inch in diameter. It is convenient to carry on a trip or to stash with your stash.

Packaging
Even the exterior is pretty with the case being matte black and the words shiny and artistically placed. Very rich in feel and in looks.

I would have liked Lauren Luke's palettes to be closer in size to this. The Sleek is more convenient. But Lauren's includes other products, such as liner, primer, blush and lippies.

Value
The value of these sets is also extremely good -- they run about 4.50 pounds, sometimes less. I have newly found them on amazon.co.uk but I don't know if the various stores in Amazon will ship outside the country.

Have you tried these palettes? Do you have a favorite? What do you think?
