Imagine my surprise to find a gift of the Lys Candle in my mailbox yesterday from
Le Jardin Retrouvé. No strings attached. No request for a review, just a spring gift to lighten my day.
A simple and ethereal fragrance, the Lily, a one note fragrance composed of many notes, is spot on for spring and for the Easter season.
Notes of Bergamot and St. John's Wort, the flowery and zesty core develops, ending with Vanilla and Oak Moss. Le Jardin Retrouvé
If you love scented candles, you really owe it to yourself to try Le Jardin Retrouvé's candles. So far I have tried two: Lys and Cuir de Russie. They are both highly scented and true to their scents. When I light one, I carry it through the house with me as I go, and it scents each room nicely in just a few minutes.
My house smells marvelously of Lily this morning! If I didn't know it was a candle, I would think I have bouquets of lilies throughout my house.
The price for the spray perfume is 29 euros plus shipping. This form of the fragrance is also true -- and long lasting. The price for the candles is 19 euros plus shipping.
