Review: Eau Radieuse by Humiecki & Graef

Continuing to work my way through samples:

Eau Radieuse by Humiecki & Graef is carried by Lucky Scent $220 for 100 ml or $4 for .7 ml.

Notes: green banana skin, fresh mandarin peel, fresh Italian lemon, fresh mint leaves, rhubarb juice, bamboo sap

Rhubarb
What sets this fragrance apart is the rhubarb, but it is not like Burberry Brit Red, the quintessential rhubarb fragrance, against which all others are measured.

This is greener and brighter.

What’s it like?
If you could cross Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria Herba Fresca with Guerlain’s Aqua Allegoria Mentafolia, you would get a clearer idea of what this one smells like. It is strongly mint, but the mint doesn’t overwhelm the other notes.

Mint
This mint smells as if you just crushed fresh mint leaves from your garden (something I used to do as a child.) It remains lush throughout. I quite like the mint in it, because it smells real.

Who can wear it?
This could easily be worn by a man or a woman.

How it makes me feel
I like it as it progresses, from the beginning and as it settles in. I could imagine drinking mint tea with a piece of rhubarb pie. The two scents mingle together as one, but each remains distinct in flavor.

What do you think?
Is this one that you wear or that you have tried?
