Reader of the day, Paul Simon, Born at the right time

Gordon tells me this is one he thinks a lot about.

For Gordon and the rest of us…

I’m making Gordon retroactive-Reader of the day, since I hadn’t started that category yet.

You have a clever way of getting one to read your blog. You are so busy on this thing, hope many are reading it… Now on to music, which is big in your blog. Nicely done. I always liked Paul Simon & Sting, but amongst other artists. Paul & Gordon–Sting to all the non-Gordons of the world–are more & more of interest to me. The music is so amazing(& you can dance to it, ala the old American Bandstand rating system on that show), but the lyrics are so layered that I go back to them over & over. Check out this Paul Simon song…So what is the song about, Boomers? IA? Who knows… but I hear it and get a lot out of it. I could probably put out a bunch of other special lyrics by Simon & by Sting as well. People hear what they want to hear (almost like the line from ‘The Boxer’). Anyway, Nice Blog.
