		<description>I think this is very realistic.  I agree that some who do cosmetic surgery do not look good afterward -- and yet some do.  I don&#039;t know that there is any way to know which is which until it might be too late to undo the procedure. And with my kind of luck, I&#039;m not sure if it would be the wisest choice for me.  

And when I see the prices, it&#039;s hard to imagine I&#039;d have that much disposable income (pun intended, LOL.)  I&#039;d rather live my life and take trips.</description>

		<description>Well I have lots of thoughts on this topic! lol. realistic means you know that changes occur with time, but that you can take care of yourself and look your best for your age rather than just forgetting about it. Unrealistic is going apesh*t having surgery so that you just end up looking like an alien instead of a human being. I don&#039;t care about cosmetic surgery. I have a hysterectomy scar, which of course changed the shape of my stomach, and little lines are starting on my face...but I take care of my skin, I exercise, I eat nutritious food. I won&#039;t starve in order to achieve a skinny ideal. I will just do the best I can with what I have and be happy...that&#039;s realistic to me.</description>
