Mini thoughts on current changes in Chinese adoption

There’s a lot of rumors flying around about the changes in Chinese adoption. Having watched the scene for more than ten years, it is clear that, like the adage, the only thing permanent is change.

Time frames have lenthened (and shortened)…and now lengthened again…and maybe will shorten again. If you are caught up in it, it isn’t easy. I lived in during the long haul of 1995-1998.
