I started out here:
MAC Popster
It didn't seem quite refined enough on the edges, so I ended up here:
Lined: MAC Dervish pencil
With Pinkarat gloss used to rim + up the center
It added just the spark I was looking for. It's very subtle, but it shows how something so minor can make a difference.
