If I came to your house and heard the music you were listening to (or not) would I be able to discern something about you that day?
Do you choose music by how you feel, either to enhance it or to change it??
One thing about music, while we can agree to agree or to disagree, it can be enjoyed on a simple basis (or complex if you understand music and how it is produced), but it is not like religion where it sometimes divides.
For me, I try to stay away from music that depresses me...and while I know why (either the way it sounds) (or it is evocative of an era) I appreciate it at a distance. There's enough music to listen to that I don't ever have to really listen to things that don't hit the spot.
How about you, what's your favorite kind?

I’ve been loving the music, Karin. Here’s one from me: some days this song hits the spot…I love the chorus.
Killing The Blues – Roly Salley
Leaves were falling, just like embers,
In colors red and gold, they set us on fire
Burning just like moonbeams in our eyes.
Chorus:
Somebody said they saw me, swinging the world by the tail
Bouncing over a white cloud, killing the blues.
Now I’m guilty of something …
I hope you never do
Because there is nothing
Any sadder than losing yourself in love.
Chorus
And then you’ve ask me …just to leave you
To set out on my own
And get what I needed.
You want me to find what I’ve already had .
That’s beautiful!
ps I’m glad you like the music!
