He’s just not that into you

in Comedy, Movies

This was a cute movie. In many ways it was predictable, but the ride getting there was still fun.

I especially enjoyed the asides that took place in the movie where others are 'interviewed' about their relationships. Some of them were a hoot.

My only complaint is: why did Drew Barrymore have to dumb herself down so much in looks? She looked somewhat like she did in Ever After. It would have worked as well, if she looked the way she does in real life. Though maybe who she ends up with, the way he plays the character, would not have been as believable.

Scarlett Johansson and Bradley Cooper play characters you love to hate. Not seriously, but with empathy and understanding. Sounds like an oxymoron.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Aniston were eye candy. She plays this character well, even if I feel she's got one character only that she plays.

Jennifer Connelly's best scenes are at the end of the movie. The rest of the time I didn't really enjoy her character.

You have to stay through the ending credits to see where the characters are at that moment in time.

Isn’t that the truth! Seriously both played very despicable characters. SJ recently just keeps picking terrible female characters to portray in film. Why?

You’d think she’d have her pick of wonderful characters, she is so beautiful. Her perfume ad is art.
