American-born folk singer Grace is making her mark in France. Her father is folk singer Jonathan Edwards. Her mother has recorded as Caroline Edwards and Serah. Home has been Kenya, California, Illinois, Ethiopia, India, Senegal, Belgium, Jamaica. No wonder her music crosses musical boundaries. Not quite world music, pop or rock, she thinks it is a "blend of soul, reggae, folk, and blues."
Enjoy! This song has been very popular in France. "Deep soul...joyful bohemia..." [L'Express] we can all use a bit more of that!
