Sometimes life demands of you more than you have to give, and then more. You can be beyond tired, and pass beyond tired again, without collecting $200.
But if you've done that more than once in life, you know you can do it again. And you will be amazed at the energy that you can call upon when needed.
Energy begets energy. So the solution when tired is not to stop running, except as it is empty busy-ness, but to keep on keeping on.
My youngest is quite a runner. Our son said recently he was amazed at how fast she is. (She was fastest in her class last year, even against the boys.) She runs, kicks it up a notch, and then can do it once more in over-drive. That's a gift, for sure.
I think I'll try to get to Curves today. I'm not sure I have over-drive today, but I'll give it a try.
May you have all the energy today to do all you need to do, and then some.
