Thanks, Miranda, for sending along your fotds.
She sends this comment:
oh dear I forgot to tell you what makeup I used in the photo I just sent you. That one is all mary kay. Here’s what went into it: Eyes: MK steel and Sweet Plum, Ultimate black mascara, black liner. cheeks: cherry blossom. Lips: plush violet (sadly discontinued). Face: cream to powder foundation Ivory 1.
I love this hair style on you:

I think this picture has different colors. It sure shows your gorgeous brown eyes!

There are so many Mary Kay colors that I love. I don’t think I’ve ever tried Plush Violet. I’m definitely going to have to try Steel with Sweet Plum. I think I have them both. You and I wear the same depth of foundation. When I use Mary Kay foundation, I generally use the cream (not cream to powder.) But we use the same color. I like their mineral foundation (I use that on my neck) — my director uses the tinted moisturizer first (and I like that moisturizer.)
Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! Yeah the second one has…oy, what did it have? Estee Lauder lipstick, MAC blush, and MAC fluidline I’m pretty sure and the rest I forget. Whatever else I use, there’s always MAC concealer. I’m afflicted with adult acne. No fair, right? Why have acne in middle age? booo! lol
I love the second photo the best. It’s very artistic looking! You look like Meryl Streep with dark hair. Those glasses look great!
I hear you about the Acne! I’m in my early 20s and I got so fed up with them coming and kinda going away with hormonal fluxes. I started to use the FC5 face and body sets and Clear Advantage spot medication from Arbonne and I haven’t had a new break out in two weeks! My skin looks like I have foundation on it all the time right now it’s so even in color and tone. Love it.
I think the plums look amazing on you — and your dark hair!
