FOTD Mary Kay + Chanel and Olay

Ever since they discontinued the Chanel foundation I loved, I've been on a hunt for a replacement. Recently a SA gave me samples of two different formulas and colors, and I've been comparing them either to the Olay foundation or the Maybelline Mousse foundation colors that I have. The discontinued shade was perfect for me. The replacement shades were way too yellow. The new colors are considerably toned down from the yellow.
Eyes:
Mary Kay Summer 2009 set (Turquoise, Brown, Lime)
I felt like trying this one again. Turquoise in crease and outer edge; Brown on inner lids; Lime in center and towards outer corners.
Lined with Prestige Denim Pencil (# 70)
Foundation Chanel (VITALUMIÈRE shade: Diaphane) on one side; Olay 210 Simply Ageless on the other. All else is the same. They are so close in appearance, no one can pick out which side is which. I think the Olay has a little bit more illumination.
Rouge under my sparkly mix of powder: Maybelline # 20 Mousse -- a light apricot
Rouge over my sparkly mix of powder: Mary Kay Pomegranate Cheek Glaze (new) a rosy red.
Highlight up the center of my face: Mary Kay powder highlight (both the sparkly and non-sparkly)
Lips:
Mary Kay Rose + Poppy (both are colored lip balms) then a bit of gloss
I was happy with the look today. I really like the colored lip balms, and I like the cheek glaze colors. More on the cheek glazes and the cream highlighter when I do a review of both. But for now, I really, really like them.
