I liked the lip color too. It has enough in it that isn't brown to make it wearable for me. I was happy with the way the gel liner went on. I think it works better on me with this technique as it isn't so hard edged. I especially like Tidal Wave, but the one or two other times I tried Peacock I wasn't convinced. I liked it today, though. You'd look great for a more subtle look (yet exotic) with MAC black/brown like I do too. You might need a different shade of both the black and the brown than I use. (I use graphblack and earthline.) I think you could wear these too if you started with a more subtle line than I use and then move up from there if you wanted to try it with more.
