This was Sunday's FOTD from the new sample sets that I bought.
Sometimes it's fun to try a completely new color to see if you love or hate it. I've found that I can wear just about anything from Aromaleigh. I've tried only one of Kristen's oranges, prior to this, but I love her reds, so I thought, why not! I thought this was really pretty and different.
Technique
The application choice when picking two such different colors is whether you want to do one as a lid and one as a crease. That would be my usual technique, but I wanted to go different.
Eyes:
Base: Nude Frost + BE Queen Phyllis
Inner corners: Tigrilla l'orchidee
Outer corners: Moonset l'orchidee
Lined top and bottom: Arbonne Mermaid pencil, a sort of grayed deep blue
Tigrilla: Sure to please, a lustrous tangerine tones enhanced with sparks of iridescent gold.
Moonset: Deepest purply blue with brilliant diamond shimmer. Aromaleigh
Blush: AL Dolly
Lips:
AL Smitten + gloss -- don't remember which, now...
