They are very comfortable, and the quality of the sound is wonderful. In the Bose store I compared the earbuds that came with my MP3 (and I thought they sounded great) and the Bose were even better, so I popped for them. I was told the best headphones to use with any of them are the in-ear ones you have made individually by an audiologist - better fit, more comfortable, and prevent hearing damage.
