A friend in New Hampshire was telling me that there are audio books, free from the library, downloadable to your MP3, but you have to have a PC, not a MAC. She was disappointed as she has an iPod and a MAC.
Anyway, here's the link to it.
I called my local library to see if they have anything yet.
It comes in either CD quality or radio quality depending on how fast your computer is.
