If you’re dressing up for the Eclipse premiere or for a Twilight party, why not go as the stunning Victoria? She’s the perfect choice because the Eclipse movie is her last hurrah. There’s a lot of simple ways to pull of a Victoria costume using items already in your closet. Get inspired and take a quick look below for ways to put together the perfect Victoria costume.

Red Contacts:

You can’t be an evil vampire without your red eyes. Below are some options from plain to fanciful so you too can have that eerie crimson stare.

Hair:

Victoria’s bright red curly hair is a showstopper. Get your own red locks by using a semi-permanent hair dye or for a more temporary option try a wig.

Long Red Wig:

Makeup:

Your makeup for Victoria depends on which film and which actress you decide to use as a base. Twilight had a blue tone; New Moon a warm red. Take a look at this tutorial for inspiration:

Clothing:

The most signature piece in Victoria’s wardrobe is the white fur piece that she wears throughout Twilight. It’s used in multiple ways from a shawl to a jacket. As for the rest of Victoria’s style it’s nomadic and bohemian involving singular arm warmers and interesting textures. She wears a lot of dark colors with the occasional splash of bright color for variation.

Striped vest:

Jewelry:

Victoria’s jewelry is like her clothing. There’s feathers, rings, long silver lariats, a chain necklace with a bunch of rings, and a silver cuff. It’s very doable, but if you need to augment your own collection look no further.

Footwear

When she isn’t running barefoot to lead humans away, you can find Victoria in black military boots.

Authentic Replicas:

Of course if you’re not a DIY kind of gal, you can always purchase prop and costume replicas of Victoria’s outfits.

Cool info. I am looking to dress as victoria for halloween. I am having a real hard time finding something like her fur shaw that she wears. Any ideas on where to find it? Thanks.

At the moment I don’t, but you might be able to get a faux throw for the bed, which you could cut and restitch. Sometimes all you need to do is cut.

If you can knit, any long yarn like this could be knitted to make a shawl/throw. (They even make real fur yarn, but it is expensive.)

Cool thanks. I found a fur jacket at a vintage clothing store that I am gonna use. Now I am on the hunt for a long red curly wig. Suggestions?

That sounds like it will work perfectly — plus be in style for what they are showing in magazines now.

Try googling for the wig — look in Halloween stores. Good luck!

Hi I’m looking for Victoria’s huge black ring and was wondering if you would know were I could find one, the ring I’m looking for is the one she has on in the pictures at the top of the page.

I don’t know where to buy one, but it would be fairly easy to make one. Or to get one at a craft show.

To make one: get a ring base with a round flat piece upon which to glue a stone. Buy a flat cabochon onyx (which should not be much money), then glue it to the ring base with jeweler’s glue (it dries clear and holds well.) You can buy some at Hobby Lobby or Michaels or Walmart, etc. I like 509, I think it is. I’ve had good success with that sticking to anything I need it to.

I updated the page to pull any black onyx cabochon rings.

Here’s a link to ones on Etsy.com == at least one is black glass, not onyx.
