My college daughter and I went to see this movie over the weekend. I think it surprised us both. It really isn't a comedy, though there are plenty of comic moments in it. It is also poignant, but not maudlin. Interesting and quirky.
Kevin Smith gets mentioned a lot, for good reason. His character is a large part of the film.
I'm glad we went.
The songs played as background are really wonderful. I've listened to 10 of the 17 songs on the Catch & Release and they are all very listenable.
There is also a Catch & Release (Score) available for pre-order.
