I can’t believe I forgot to watch the finale of Burn Notice

There was a lot going on, then we watched an interesting show on the Travel channel…then a friend called just after 11 to see if I’d watched the show.

No, I totally forgot!

So here I am watching the rerun of it in the middle of the night practically! Good casting of all the parts.

I can stay awake if I’m on the computer.

Have you been watching this show? I wonder how many little girls will be named Fiona.

Karin,
Burn Notice and Psych are my two fave TV shows! Burn Notice has a terrific cast and great plots each week. The only thing I would change is to get rid of the bad language. I hope they are not writing Michael’s mother out of the show now that they have shipped her off somewhere for her safety. I love Psych for many reasons and I even let my kids watch it b/c so far at least, there hasn’t been anything objectionable on it. I love the sense of humor of the two main characters and I especially love (and in fact I laugh out loud) when they make jokes as references to old TV shows and different things from the 60s-80s. My kids don’t really “get it” b/c it was way before their time, but it sure makes me chuckle!

Hi ‘Shel! I like both those shows too. I hope I don’t forget tonight! I thought last night’s show was well done, but I thought we should have seen who he confronted with the female voice. I tried not to think of the very last scene as it is frightening to me. Don’t want to have a spoiler. It would ensure he could not see where he was taken. But I kept thinking what if they didn’t take him anywhere, if he were out of cell phone range, he would just die. Of course, that would be the end of the show.

I like the ensemble type cast where all the main characters appear every week.

I can’t believe we have to wait until next summer for new episodes! OTOH, their idea of summer is likely May, you think? Seems like they would lose the momentum of the audience.

I never watch any shows but these were interesting to me and I’m watching for the first time in years.
