I find I can rest my thinking when listening to music. I can enter into the music and leave my thoughts behind.
This quote was thought provoking to me. How often do we (do I) talk lovingly to ourselves? Be honest! Do we more often do some form of either rumination or trash talk?
I wondered what it might feel like to talk only lovingly to ourselves.
